Hi there, I really hope that I might be able to help you on or around your preferred date. with lunchtime presentations commencing at around 11 am and teatime presentations commencing no earlier than 3 pm. Please understand that these times are a rough indication only. With weekday events, I attend a lot of schools, so morning presentations would be marked in the lunchtime row and afternoons would be marked in the teatime row.
